An apple a day

What a mouthful of crunchy fall-time tastes! Lisanne made us a mesclun salad with grated carrots, roasted cashews and fresh-off-the-tree tart apple chunks. The vinaigrette was made of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and fig-infused balsamic vinegar. Served with a side of sliced saucisson sec and whole wheat baguette. Oui oui.
